SBA Loans: See Small Business Administration

7(a) Business Loans up to 2million): This is SBAs primary load program. Loan proceeds can be sued for fixed assets, working capital, inventory, seasonal line of credit or, for compelling reasons for debt repayment.

SBA express (up to 350 k): Lenders use their own forms and prcesses to approve laons in amounts up to 350k. Interest rates are tied to the primer rate, but are negotiated with the lender.

Community express (up to 250k): this pilot program is available in geographic areas serving primarly low to moderate income entrepreneurs.

504 Loan program: this program uses fixed, long term financing to finance fixed assets for profit business with less than 7.5 million in et work and less than 2.5 million in after tax profits. The money can be sued for asets such as land, builidngs, long term machinery and equipment.
