1) use a loose-leaf binder to package your plan and aid you if you need to revise.
2) start with a cover sheet which includes biographical information (name, location, telephone, etc)
3) include a one or two page executive summary with an overview of the most important issues in your plane.
4) include a table of contents
5) dentify your target market and provides details about competitors. Include a pricing strategoy and explain how you will promote your business.
6) explain the benefits of your product/service to the customer.
7) details the bancgrounds of your management team.
8) identify future trends over the next 5 years
9) identify potential programs and how you will surmount these problems.
10) include a financial plan that includes a balance sheet, income statements for 3 years, etc.
